All parameters are optional and URL-encoded: name (full name), email (work email), seats (total users, a whole number), plans (comma-separated Microsoft 365 plan names, such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Office 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5 or Microsoft 365 Copilot), and message (free text, used verbatim when present; otherwise one is composed from plans and seats).

The fields are rendered on the server, so fetching a prefilled URL returns HTML with the values already in place if you want to verify the behaviour. Prefill only: the person reviews and edits the form, completes the Cloudflare human verification, and decides whether to submit. Nothing is sent automatically. The name and email parameters are removed from the address bar as soon as the form reads them, so they do not persist in browser history or analytics.
