Sophie founded Modern 42 to address a gap she saw across Australian enterprises: organisations investing heavily in identity and privilege platforms, yet realising a fraction of their capability. Under her leadership, Modern 42 has grown into Australia's specialist identity and privilege engineering consultancy, trusted by federal government agencies, two of the top 10 ASX-listed organisations, and clients across healthcare, transport, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Sophie leads advisory engagements directly, working alongside CISOs, IAM programme leads, and executive stakeholders to translate identity complexity into clear, actionable roadmaps. CEO-led engagement is not a sales formality at Modern 42. Sophie remains personally involved in strategic direction, client relationships, and the quality of every deliverable.
